(1) Precautions for your entry into the hospital during the COVID pandemic:

Please wear a mask, take your body temperature, show your health code and Itinerary.

Keep a 1-meter person-person distance when staying in the line or waiting for an appointment.

If you come from areas of medium-risk, please show us the nucleic acid test report within 48 hours and your itinerary. If you come from areas of medium-risk high risk, please elect remote consultation or online film-reading service.

(2) The patient may need multiple diagnostic tests or long-term fluid therapy, due to some complicated medical conditions. The results may be released on the following day if the appointment is scheduled later in the day. Therefore, it is recommended to arrange new appointments in the morning, if possible.

(3) Some animals may experience adverse effects or allergic reactions when receiving therapies. Please understand that it might be difficult for doctors to predict everything that could happen precisely for each individual. Therefore, please understand and observe your pets carefully during and after medicine administration.

(4) The expected therapeutic effects may not be achieved due to individual differences,, and in very rare cases, unpredictable health deterioration or even death may occur. Our hospital will not be liable for the above situations. We are fully comitted to caring for your pets and fully understand your concern about your pets’ health, so we hope you understand that the diagnoses and treatments involve certain risks.

5) Veterinary medicine is the best! However, it hasn’t achieved its perfection. Please understand that sometimes we are unable to achieve precise diagnoses or address all clinical symptoms.

(6) Please assist in maintaining a clean and healthy hospital environment. Please behave appropriately, and do not talk loud.

(7) Make the appointment and see the doctor in an orderly manner. If the appointment for that day is unavailable, please select another day.

(8) If you feel that there’s a conflict between you and medical staff, please first negotiate with the attending veterinarian or the department head. If you are still having problems or the conflit hasn’t been solved, please contact the department of medical affair, a specialist will come and assist you.
